Shipping Details

Please Note:  Due to rising fuel costs, as of 8/20/2007 we have added a $5.00 handling fee to all levels of shipping. (To equalize the $5.00 addition for the smaller purchases, the first 6 first-class levels have also been reduced by $3.00)  

The $5.00 handling fee is automatically added into the shipping amount that you will be charged on your order - you will not see it as a separate charge.  

By doing this, we will be able to maintain our flat rate of shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States.  Thank you, and please do not hesitate to e-mail with any questions or concerns.

For Ornament and Wedding Favor Orders Only  - Shipping costs are the same whether International or within the US.  It Does not matter where you live:  This means you do not get penalized for being located further away from our location or even outside of the US with extra shipping costs.

*International Shipping Policies:
  1. All Ornament orders and Wedding Favor or Corporate Gift orders will be shipped Internationally following the same scale as for shipping within the US. (see above scale)**
  2.  All other items - prints, decor, hatboxes, candles, gift sets, etc. will be assessed the additional costs associated with shipping these items outside of the US.  

Framed Prints, Unframed Prints and other larger sized, heavier items, can not be shipped outside of the US at the flat rate of postage described by our shipping policy.  You can still get these items shipped Internationally -- but with additional costs assessed.  We will contact you via e-mail with the estimated shipping costs, and obtain your approval, before the processing of your order.  

** Why are we able to ship the ornaments Internationally at the flat rate and not the other products in the catalog?  Because ornaments are small and lightweight and we design and produce them right here in our own design studios.  All of these factors come together to give us the ability to market our original designs of handmade Christmas Tree Ornaments GLOBALLY without the high International shipping costs associated with other products.
